My name is Lars Natus. As an independent developer and consultant for Microsoft 365, I help teams and companies make their digital collaboration simpler and more efficient. I am the founder of the SharePoint intranet product 365BOX and part of the Hanso Group.

SharePoint Intranet - Electronics Industry, 7000+ Employees
Design and implementation of a modern intranet based on SharePoint Online for an international electronics company. Including the introduction of 365BOX as a modular intranet solution and consulting on integration with the Microsoft 365 environment.
SharePoint Intranet – Energy Provider, 700 Employees
Planning and development of a modern intranet based on SharePoint Online for a German energy sector company. Focus on intuitive user interface, centralized information delivery, and integration with existing Microsoft 365 structures.
TISAX® Certification – Information Security Management
As Information Security Officer, responsible for establishing and maintaining an ISMS according to TISAX requirements. Conducting internal controls, documenting security-relevant processes, and guiding the company through the entire certification process.
Teams Management Application – Higher Education
Development of an application for structured creation and management of Microsoft Teams via SharePoint Online. Implemented at a university to support students and faculty – with role-based control, automated structure assignment, and Microsoft 365 integration.
Change Management – Microsoft CRM Implementation
Supporting the implementation of a Microsoft-based CRM system at a German energy and telecommunications company. Focus on user communication, training concepts, process support, and organizational integration. The project is currently in implementation.
SharePoint Project Templates – Automation with Azure
Implementation of an automated solution for creating SharePoint project sites using Azure Functions and Logic Apps. Deployed at an association for research and continuing education including dynamic template selection, permission assignment, and integration with existing Microsoft 365 processes.
